Restaurant Bus Nihonkai (Nanto Tour / Kaga Tour / Noto Tour)

Enjoy marvelous food, scenery, and Japan Sea culture on the Restaurant Bus. This summer the bus will depart from Kanazawa City on 1 day roundtrip tours to three destinations: Nanto, Kaga, and Noto. Tourists will experience stories of regional food and culture as they immerse themselves in the local scenic beauty and communities of people. "Noto Shinsen-gumi," which guides harvesting
Chef Hirata, the creator of the Satoyama lunch, moved to Noto to open a restaurant out of love and fascination for the ingredients of Noto.

The newly renovated HATCHi KANAZAWA hotel is a gathering point for the people, goods, and events of Hokuriku. Members of the Nanto and Kaga Tours can get on and off the bus at the Higashiyama Tourist Bus Parking Lot located within three-minutes from the hotel by foot.
